Product information: Non-compliance of adjustable webbing on PODIUM seat referen

Fact : We have found a non-compliance during the manufacturing of the first new models of PODIUM seats. Products concerned by this non-compliance were manufactured between March 2018 and the end of September 2018.

On some of these seats, the attachment part of the adjustable webbing is not large enough to allow the connection of a carabiner.

We estimate this default impacts 15 % of the total PODIUM seats manufactured. 

Corrective action

To be able to connect any carabiner in the adjustable webbing, it is necessary to replace the webbing with a correct piece from Petzl.
