Where can I find spare parts to repair my product?

Repairability is a major challenge today, as we strive to consume less and use products for longer. At Petzl, we have a program designed to give our customers access to spare parts, so they have the option to repair certain products.

On Petzl.com you’ll find a dedicated section for spare parts. Each available spare part has a product page that includes compatibility details, photos, and assembly instructions.

To order these parts, please contact your usual dealer. For any other spare parts or needs, get in touch with the Petzl After Sales team via the contact form.

Replacing a part on PPE can extend its usable life, but it does not extend the product's overall lifespan, which is defined in the Instructions for Use (technical notice).

Warning, replacing a spare part is not a substitute for a PPE inspection. After installing a spare part, always carry out a complete inspection of your PPE.
