WELCOME TO THE PETZL PRO PURCHASE PROGRAM!
The focus of this program is to support a select group of professionals, volunteers, and industry employees who spend a significant amount of time around Petzl products, whether outdoors or in a professional environment. This program is designed to provide these individuals with access to discounted gear for personal use only. Through this program, Petzl hopes to build a positive and authentic referral network from people who use and trust our products in the field.
DO I QUALIFY?
To qualify for the Petzl Pro Purchase Program, an individual must reside in the US, and fit one of the following categories.
SPORT DIVISION
- employee at an authorized Petzl retail or operational partner
- employees of climbing gyms
- guides with AMGA, ACMG, or IFMGA certifications
- employees of outdoor product manufacturers or select brands with reciprocal prodeal programs
PROFESSIONAL DIVISION
- employee at an authorized Petzl retail partner
- avalanche forecasting and mitigation professionals
- on-mountain Ski Patrol team members or lift maintenance staff
- search & rescue team members with an MRA or NASAR membership, or SAR ID card
PROGRAM GUIDELINES:
Membership in this program is a privilege and should be respected and used with discretion. Abuse of any of the following policies is grounds for removal from the program for the individual. Petzl reserves the right to change these policies at any time without notification. These policies can be referenced at www.petzl.com/pro-purchase at any time.
- Accounts are for personal use only and are unique to each individual. Purchases for family, friends, climbing partners, guided clients, or for resale/rental is prohibited
- For inquiries regarding group purchases for your guiding company, climbing gym, SAR team, ski patrol, or similar collective, please use the contact form here for more information
- Membership must be renewed on an annual basis based on your active work status
- Please respect the time and inventory of Petzl retailers -- if you have questions about products or sizing, use www.petzl.com as a resource, or contact Petzl’s Customer Service Team here with your questions -- we are more than happy to assist you in selecting the right products for your needs
- Orders may not be edited once placed
- Expedited shipping (ie. next or 2nd day air) is unavailable on Pro Purchases
- Petzl does not accept returns on Pro Purchases, with the rare exception of a mis-shipped product
- Any out-of-stock item will not be allowed on an order. If an item on your order is unexpectedly unavailable and canceled, you will be notified of the cancellation and a refund will be processed before the actual credit card charge is complete. The balance of your order will ship as normal
- Customer agrees to contact Petzl to resolve any billing issues
