Compact mobile fall arrester for rope
An essential component in your fall protection system, rely on the ASAP for everyday work at height applications. During normal use when moving along the rope, the device trails freely without the need for manual operation. In the event of a fall or uncontrolled descent (exceeding two meters per second), the device blocks the rope and stops the user. Choose the energy absorber length that best suits your needs, the ASAP’SORBER 20 or 40, to comfortably work closer or further from the rope.

Movement along the rope
The ASAP mobile fall arrester follows the user as they move along the rope, trailing freely without the need for manual operation.
Fall arrest
In the event of a fall or uncontrolled descent that exceeds two meters per second, the blocking system engages and the device stops the fall.
Using with an ASAP’SORBER
Using the ASAP mobile fall arrester with the ASAP’SORBER 20 minimizes fall distance. Using it with the ASAP’SORBER 40 keeps the rope at a distance to free up workspace.

- ASAP’SORBER 20 or 40 energy absorber, for use with a person weighing up to 140 kg
- ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber, for use in two-person rescue scenarios, up to 250 kg
- The ASAP can be used as a primary belay device in a fall-arrest system or as a back-up belay in a rope access system
- The ASAP is also available in pre-assembled kits for a ready-to-use solution, with ASAP’SORBER 20 or 40 or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorbers and OK TRIACT-LOCK or Bm’D TRIACT-LOCK connectors
