My lamp gets hot; is this normal?
Yes, it is normal. LEDs generate a lot of heat when used at full power. The product is equipped with a thermal regulator that helps prevent overheating.
For optimal thermal regulation of the lamp, make sure that the holes in the part marked "NAO", as well as the "mouth" on the front part of the lamp are not blocked up.
