I am unable to download or update the MyPetzl Light app



  • Verify that your mobile device is compatible with the MyPetzl Light app.
  • If your device is not compatible, try doing the update using a phone from the list of compatible phones.
  • If your device is compatible, but you are unable to do the update, follow these steps:
    • My headlamp does not turn on and the blue Bluetooth light is constantly lit. This indicates that the update did not work. Restart the app, then redo the update procedure (press the OK button at the mandatory update prompt).
    • My phone no longer recognizes my headlamp: Open the rechargeable battery cover, unplug and replug the cell, close the cover. Go to the Bluetooth Settings menu on your phone. In the list of connected devices, choose your lamp, click on Forget this device or Disconnect this device. Turn on your lamp and restart the app, then pair your lamp.
