10mila in Skane- as a spectator
Wed, 22/04/2009 - 14:07 — Simone NiggliThis year's 10mila was held in south Sweden, somewhat special
because otherwise it has always been around Stockholm. But Skåne
offered a great event with good organisation, nice terrain and
spring-feeling during the day (in the night the temperature fell down
drastically...)

On the way to the World Championships
Fri, 03/04/2009 - 17:46 — Simone NiggliNext week I'm heading to Hungary for a training camp. The goal is clear: getting familiar with the terrain where the World Championship 2009 will take place!
I'm really looking forward to it as it is always exciting to get to know new terrains. This week will be special for me in another way: as I was injured the last weeks it will be the first time I will be allowed to run again... I'm really looking forward to feel my legs running again and I hope that everything will be alright.
