I first got word from Dave Graham in May of 2011 of a potential new project in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. The climb is located a few hundred feet past the Moraine Park turnoff, on the right hand side of the road. An obvious landmark to look for is the raging river filled with house sized boulders, running underneath the road bridge. You park in a pull out just past the bridge on the right and run a few hundred feet up the hillside into the woods.

Hoy estuve en Bayuela haciendo bloke, quede con Luisito y Jeles que hace tiempo que no los veía , probamos unos cuantos blokes, llevábamos la piel muy justa, dos yemas abiertas para bloke en granito , pero bueno ha sido un buen día, quizás calor, había un buen grupito de gente motivada... Estuvimos en varios sectores... No tube mucha suerte con los encadenes, a pesar de todo me hice con; "Vivo en un sin vivir" 8a bien a dedos..."Obsesión..." 8a quizás 7c+ entrada dura... "El cobacho gallego" 7c+

Torrelodones...

Estoy en Madrid y me escapado dos días al sitio donde empece a escalar, Torrelodones , sitio de granito lleno de boulder y mini vías , yo estuve haciendo boulder y sobre todo travesías , algunas combinaciones que habían hecho nuevas, estuve con Olcina brother y conocí a Beto un joven que esta haciendo muchos bloques duros...
Había buen ambiente , yo hice " la explotación " 8a trav. " la explotación artificial" 8b trav. " El autist extensión " 8a y un boulder de 7c+...

Estos últimos días en Siurana, he reequipado "Estado critico" es una vía que equipe yo hace ya unos cuantos años... Le he puesto químicos ... Y también aprobeche para gravar con el Argentino Turu, que esta haciendo un video de equipamiento...
Esta semana también pase por la sala de Lérida "Punt Extren" por que Boreal hacia una demo, para probar las nuevas gomas Zenit...
Y en Siurana otra vez hay fanatismo,

Estos días escale por Siurana , me hice con "La Reina Mora" esta entra por "La Rambla" y va toda directa, es muy buena de las mejores del muro, hizo la primera Ramonet y dijo 8c/+ y la repitió el Belga Nicola F. Y le pareció mas dura, a mi me ha costado y en comparación a sus vecinas me parece al menos 8c+\9a o 9a, pero lo importante es que es muy guapa, hacia un día muy frío pero hubo suerte esta vez , me aseguro el Brasileño Yac También aproveche y encadene unas variantes en la olla "Cop de Migueraña" 8b+

Santa's job isn't without its risks. Just imagine working under serious time pressure, moving around on snowy roofs in the dark...

In Florida, "Santa Claus" was getting ready for the upcoming Christmas work rush and brushing up on his rappelling technique at a local shopping mall. But the exercise didn't go exactly as planned. Instead, this poor "Santa" got his beard caught in the descender. We still don't know if he ever made it down..

Para cambiar un poco estos últimos 5 días , hemos estado en Etxauri , en el sector kale borroka, escale tres días en kale , y para reposar yemas un día en Aizpun.
Para mi gusto, dos días hacia demasiado calor al sol, pero se podía escalar, probé bastantes vías, 9 de 8a a 9a y hice 6 , tres 8a+ a vista, encadene "Amauir1522" 8c increíble vía abierta por Ekaiz , casi el 90 por ciento son sullas.

Bulgaria y Polonia non stop...

Destino Bulgaria , primer día directos a la mañana a ver un sector, este se llama "los ojos de dios" "karlucovo" en búlgaro , impresionante muy bueno,actualmente ay , unas 70 vías y ay muchas posibilidades, escale un ratito con los dos locales Ivalov y otro amigo, y a la tarde proyección en un festival, mucha gente y al día siguiente a Polonia , empecé en Varsovia , me recogieron Marius el representante de Boreal y Agata una escaladora muy fuerte esponsorizada por Boreal , ella era mi traductora esos días para las proyecciones...

Paro de llover , pero entro la niebla , no se que es peor, estos días seguí motivado en el pati , como hacia tiempo.Estos dias también vinieron un ingles y un Belga , se llaman Adán y Haroun para hacer un video para Boreal y aprovechamos para gravar lo que pudimos, también aproveche y reequipe "Brodway " y "El rastro" con químicos y así quedo esa parte del muro todo los seguros nuevos...Y ahora Boreal aprovecho unas fotos que hizo Victor Montilla para hacer un póster , la foto es en Siurana en "Reina Mora " ...

Estos días después de China , estoy escalando cerca de casa , Siurana y Margalef.
En Siurana aproveche que el tiempo esta raro para reequipar, dos vías "La rambla" y " Reina Mora " les he puesto químicos . De paso me motive para probarlas otra vez....Estas dos vias las abrio Alex Hubert en el 94 y 96...Este trabajito no le gusta a la gente , pero yo pienso que de vez en cuando es necesario hacer un mantenimiento de las vías...

We are all back home now after the Petzl Roc Trip in the Getu Valley. There’s a lot to say about our experiences there. Almost too many overwhelming thoughts, memories, and emotions come to mind simultaneously, and it's proving difficult to form it all into a cohesive story. One thing’s for sure, however: we went on an adventure I doubt any of us will forget.
