Reel Rock Film Tour 2010

Petzl is a proud sponsor of Reel Rock Film Tour, now entering its fifth year.

The tour, which features some of the most spectacular climbing and adventure footage ever shot, will begin in Boulder, Colorado, and work its way across the county, hitting over 100 theaters, gyms, and other venues along the way.

Petzl athletes figure prominently in several of the six featured films: Chris Sharma puts up some of the hardest sport climbs in the world in his new home country, Spain, in First Round First Minute; Daniel Woods explores the limits of difficulty in The Hardest Move; and Lisa Rands tackles a massive new route up an alpine rock wall with Peter Croft in Origins: The Hulk.

Finally, in addition to the professional film line-up, Petzl is offering a gear prize package to the winner of this year’s amateur filmmaking competition. The two winners, chosen from nine finalists, will be announced at the tour premier on Sept 1.
