I am slightly ashamed to admit it; but I do not have a brain bucket as of yet. When I was climbing everyday a few years back before adding a baby to my list of duties, I can remember my close call with a wall when I took a longer fall than I had planned. Now that I know that I am not immortal and have someone else to think about I realize that before I really get back on track I need to get something for my noggin and o e for my little shadow as well. :)
