Come join Petzl at the 10th annual Red River Gorge Rocktoberfest

Friday, October 8 through Sunday October 10, Petzl will be attending the 10th annual Rocktoberfest, a climbing celebration of epic proportions held in one of America’s finest cragging locations, the Red River Gorge, Kentucky.

Home to several thousand sport and trad routes, the Red River Gorge (aka The Red) was the site of the wildly popular 2008 Petzl RocTrip (see video here). The massive, often steeply overhanging sandstone walls are perfectly featured for climbing, and the famous Miguel’s Pizza is a perfect gathering place for the tired, hungry climbers who every year flock to Rocktoberfest.

This year's event will include clinics lead by Petzl athletes and others, competitions, vendors, music, food, a screening of Chuck Fryberger’s video CORE, and much more.
