Unscrewing the screws on the Modular Head of Quark

Hi, I just got the new quark and when I try to unscrew the screws to take the hammer off, the screw is so tight that I can't loosen it. Wonder if the screws are threaded in the conventional right-handed way? Or it's left-handed threaded? Thanks
