Hi every body, Just arrived in Cape Town yesterday.I have 20 days advance to my friends I will take a look around russian base before their arrival and hopefully get a chance to see the emperors pinguins then they should arrive the 2nd of december to go together to Holtanna Base camp. You may have a look on our web site lineprod.ch wich is open since yesterday as well and be ready to enter the competition and win several really good prices.

Since one week I am back in Switzerland. My frostbitten feet are getting slowly better and I have started again with my climbing work out. Every day life is getting back, slowly. Nevertheless: I need this rest badly. The Makalu has challenged me to the very end.  The expedition was a great success, although I did not reach the summit over the primarily planned route over the west pillar. The conditions on the normal route were already very difficult, so that an ascent over the west pillar was simply impossible.
