The story of two alpinists, Bruno Sourzac and Ramiro Calvo, bewitched by the same mountain: Cerro Torre. In the heart of Patagonia, this granite monolith rejects many suitors, even the most gifted ones. Ramiro has produced a funny and touching film of the Franco-Argentinean team making the ascent.

While not a tango, the music driving the climbers is a key element in the story.
Ramiro talks about how and why he made the film, underlining values dear to Argentineans: friendship, laughter and passion...

Los felicito! Esta muy bueno el video, pero mucho mas la escalada que se hicieron. Me gustó mucho la idea de no mostrar a los escaladores como super heroes sino todos los aspectos, es genial!

Felicitaciones!!! excelente escalada y el video tambien. La "falta" de profesionalidad es lo mejor que tiene, se nota que esta hecho por escaladores apasionados por esa montaña.
Tuve la suerte de conocer a Bruno en el 2000, estuvimos varios días en el campo base del Torre esperando por el bendito buen tiempo junto con ARitza, Fran, el Pelado, Volka, Lucas y el Oso. Mis capacidades eran muchisimo mas modestos que los de ellos. Recerdo su buena onda y su pasion por Patagonia. Me alegro de que finalmente haya podido hacer el Torre.
