Our website is receiving some intense traffic, and at some points it can be inaccessible, we have re-tested the link a few minutes ago and it worked.
While the potential risk of an incident is very small, our total commitment to the safety of our users has led us to make this decision. With the summer climbing season just beginning, Petzl understands that this recall comes at an inconvenient time and we are working hard to ensure that everyone receives their replacement GRIGRI2 as quickly as possible. Everyone at Petzl is committed to resolving this issue, we ask you to accept our apologies for this inconvenience. Thank you for your continued support.
Petzl.com was overloaded during several hours after we published the GRIGRI 2 recall. The website is now under control again, thank you for your understanding.

Just tried the link above and everything worked fine. If some people are still having issues then hopefully the link below will send them in the right direction.
I commend Petzl for correcting this problem as quickly as possible. I just hope that when I send my Grigri2 in for a replacement, that I get the new one ASAP. I've got a Red River Gorge trip coming up on the 4th and look forward to using it for the trip. I also just got back from a weekend trip at OBED and after taking a nasty lead fall and belaying people all day, the grigri2 that I currently have still works great with no brake arm issues. I will always uphold them as a solid company. However, I'm not completely sold (as of yet) on their new Ange carabiners.
