Las week I sufered a terriblo fall when I was climbing in "Picos de Europa", Spain. I strongly hit my head against the rock. Fortunatelly I was wearing my helmet and I was able to safe my live. During the falling I lost my Helmet, even thout it was adjusted in my head very well. Why? The crash left a large dent in the post-side of the helmet: I can't believe I was be able to survive!
