Did you READ any of the article? There are no cosmetic/visible differences. The differences are in the chemical makeup of the metal, causing a lower failure point. No image is going to show the molecular structure of the material. Next time, don't buy climbing gear on the cheap. If you bought all your gear from an authorized distributor, you wouldn't have to worry.
