For the fourth edition the Vibram Natural Games (NG) move to a new spot.

Close to the wild water stadium, the "Maladrerie" plaza will host the best of climbing, kayaking, MTB freestyle and enduro, slacklining and paragliding. Faithfull to the original concept of the Petzl RocTrip the Natural Games will gather all the outdoor sport fanatics for great shows, contests and concerts.

From January 23 to 25  the city of Mumbay hosted the 8th edition of Girivihar International Bouldering Competition. Gathering over a hundred competitors  the unique bouldering competition of India moved a step higher. Petzl and our Indian distributor (Allied Safety) support this event, and regularily sends team members to participate : this year Philipe Ribiére represented the team.  Report from Vaibhav Mehta chief route setter on the event.

This is the story of a child suffering from the Rubinstein-Taby syndrome. Born in Martinique in 1977 of unknown parents, Philippe has always suffered from several malformations that have restrained his freedom of movement. But his perseverance and autonomy nevertheless enabled him to follow a "normal" and successful schooling. But having access to "normality" is not everything, and encouraged by his passion for challenges, Philippe discovered climbing in 1994.

November 2008, the swiss climber Nina Caprez with 9 french guys travels to explore a new climbing spot in Argentina : an Altiplano littered with boulders and crags nested at 4200 m of elevation under the Tuzgle volcano. The movie illustrates the daily life of the group in this unexplored wonderland. As days fly by, they realize that the true value of their discoveries is way beyond their expectations... One of the best bouldering destination of south america has been unveiled.

The largest international gathering of boulder fans will take place from May 6th to 9th in the Italian valleys of Val Masino and Val di Mello.

You will find all the features that usually make the Melloblocco competition so exceptional, but also some novelties to be discovered this year. Petzl will notably organize a SAGAGNASS evening on Saturday night with Lafouche and Said.
