PROGRESS lanyard.

The PROGRESS lanyard is designed for rope progression.

The dynamic rope construction limits the energy transmitted to the user during a limited fall.

The fall indicator signals that the product should be retired.

Fall indicator: the green stitching disappears when the lanyard is subjected to a major fall (improper use)

PROGRESS lanyard: plastic sheath

The plastic sheath holds the connector in place. It protects the ends of the lanyard from repetitive abrasion.

  • Long arm used with an ASCENSION handled rope clamp for progression on a rope
  • Short arm for clipping in when passing intermediate anchors
  • Y shape allows connection when progressing along a fixed line
  • Ends equipped with a plastic sheath that holds the connector in place and protects the webbing from abrasion

progress landyard

As a user of your landayars Energyca-Spelegyca,and takig in accont the last advices on this type of landyards, do you consider Progress and Jane adequate for use in caving activities?

I cant find the spelegyca on

I cant find the spelegyca on this site, is it discontinued? Can the progress be used in its place for canyoneering ? rappelling from either end of the lanyard, using the long strand as an anchor at rappel stations ect...?

Yes the Spelegica is still an available product.
But the Progress can effectively be used instead.
