Lithium Ion 14500 compatability

What is the maximum voltage the PIXA 3 will operate. The 14500 is a Li Ion AA sized battery rated at 3.7v per battery. Charged two of these will be at 8.25v at rest. I also have some lithium non rechargeable that would be a total of 6v at rest.Are any of these viable for this headlamp. I am looking for alternatives for Alkaline batteries. The Alkaline leaked & ruined a couple of headlamps when traveling from the Artic to the tropics.
