Fitting Lynx to Nepal EVO GTX Boots

When I fit my new Lynx crampons to my Nepal EVO GTX Boots (size 44), the frontpoints do not point straight off the toe, but instead angle inward significantly. Like this: // \\ Is this correct or is there something I can do to straighten the angle?
