Recall Gri Gri Brazil

I've send an email to SPELAION, Petzl distributor in Brazil. But they are not responding. I've send all the information they required in their website. I'd really like to replace my gri gri but I need further instructions to proceed with this recall. Please let me know how do I have to proceed. Thank you, Pedro. Grigri Serial number: 10354FM9587
