GRIGRI 2 Replacement

Good day, The serial numbers of the GriGri 2 are 10357FM4452 and 10357FM4456... And i didn't see a small green sticker from the product and its packaging... Please advice me for the process of the replacement... I appreciate your response to my inquiry and to our safety. Thank you.
