Good day, I live in the Philippines and i just received my new GriGri 2 from the USA 2 weeks ago. the Grigri was bought by my father at Amazon.com, I haven't used it since i received it here in the Philippines.. Please advise me where i can get a replacement near the Philippines since we have no Official Petzl Distributor here. And until when will be the exchange of the product? Thank you.
