Hi, I live in Malaysia. I have emailed ALLSPORTS EQUIPMENT, SINGAPORE several times since the recall announcement but I am not getting any response. I also emailed directly to Petzl CSS which subsequently forwarded my request to ALLSPORTS. Again they have not communicated to me. Please advise. I understand this will take a while. Thank you.
