Hi there,
I have recently purchased three GriGri 2 from Bouldering.com and unfortunately all three devices have fallen under the recall. What is more troubling is that 2 of the devices are in Singapore right now and I am holding the other device here in Australia, how do I proceed to exchange the device? Do I simply go down to an authorize distributor and ask for an exchange? Or do I mail it back to bouldering.com? Please advice as one of my friend will be heading down to Krabi to climb very soon.
