Just goes to show that if you buy anything with a serial number then get your details recorded, I did. I bought my Grigri 2 just last week and this Sunday I was going to use it for the first time. Yesterday however I got a letter about the recall and I will hopefully be exchanging it tomorrow. Well done recall. :)
