you may be getting a lot of flak right now from other climbers out there but I have to say that I just got off the phone with your representatives and you have made this process so easy from the consumers to get their replacement GRIGRI2. This comes from a man with 19 years in customer service to our great military so if there is one thing I know... it's keeping the customer happy ... and alive. I'll tell you how the new one performs "Post El Cap" but until then keep doing what you're doing... excellent customer service.
