Good work on admitting a fault and sorting it but i would never have known if i hadnt been told by a friend !!!!! i bought my grigri 2 because my grigri got stolen/lost and i use it alot as im always adapting and updating my local wall as well as tightening the loose bolts , this is a job i do solo and i just find it frustrating and also an inconvenience that i cant just exchange it at my local shop and that i only bought it 4 days ago !!!!!! nick
