I met Guy several years ago in Red Rocks, we only exchanged a few words but there was something about him that struck me as different, special even. I didn't really know who he was until friends informed me of what a badass ice climber he was. I never would have guessed that this quite, humble man held such talent and accomplishment, he was truly an inspiration to all of us and will be greatly missed.
