I purchased a Myo XP several years ago and it has seen almost zero use (less than 10 hours). However when I attempt to adjust the lamp angle or lighting level the headlamp turns off. I appears that there is a short in the wire from the battery pack to the lamp itself. I am aware of your three year warranty, and while I initially liked this headlamp I certainly would not recommend this light to any of my outdoor friends (or any other Petzl product for that matter). I understand that I have no recourse, but this light is defective and nobody that I have contacted at your company has even attempted to assist me.
