Thank you Petzl for the professional and excellent way this recall has been handled. The return and replacement process could not have been smoother. 10 days (including the 4th of July holiday) after my initial email contact with Petzl, I had my 2 new replacement GriGri2's in my hand. Impressive to say the least.
